Tumbling!

Southwest Extreme Tumbling Program is one of a kind! With all of our programs, we truly focus on giving your athlete the strongest foundation for skills. We are a technique based program and work hard to build athletes’ confidence and strength. Your athlete will be given the best tools to not only learn skills and progress safely but with lots of confidence. From the very beginning of skills to the most advanced our gym is the best place to learn.

TINY

  Ages 2-5

It is an introduction to tumbling. We work hand/eye condonation, balance, basic tumbling skills, and most of all FUN!

BEGINNER

  Ages 5+

Our beginner class focuses on giving athletes a strong foundation for tumbling. We teach proper techniques and work to build the athletes’ confidence and strength.

INTERMEDIATE

  Ages 5+

This class is for athletes who have mastered the proper technique of the basic skills (rolls, cartwheels etc)  and are able to do bridge kick over consistently.

ADVANCED

  Ages 5+

This class is for athletes who have mastered a strong back handspring and are ready to work on flipping skills including tucks, layouts, and fulls.

INTRO TO BACK HANDSPRING

  Ages 6+

Want to get your Back Handspring? Well here is the class for you. This skill-specific class will be working on drills and progressions to master the perfect back handspring. Athletes must have a kickover to be able to attend this class.
